 Transformation brings the birth of the new.
A new awareness. A new situation. A new dream. And that newness is the expansion of our inner being, which can sometimes feel like a death and rebirth of ourselves. This rebirth doesn't mean pushing against the old and resisting it. We can ease into the newness by finding appreciation for what is, while being open to what is more in alignment with who we are becoming. The path is unfolding. We have to believe it to see it. Surrendering to the flow of life that knows exactly where we want to go and where we need to be. Surrender can be experienced in resting, meditating, napping, breathing, taking a relaxing walk, painting, lying on the grass, observing nature... Trust. -Renata
