Life is now

In the course of life we go through numerous circumstances and feelings. Some pleasant, some unpleasant.
The learning process can be experienced in different ways by each one of us.
Life is perhaps a mystery that we don't need to explain.
I see life as a gift.
Life it’s you, it’s me, it’s all of us.
Life is the present moment;
it’s the sum of where we are, doing what we are doing,
with or without someone else.
Yesterday is already out of reach.
Tomorrow is still in the making.
Today is what I have in my hands, to live, to feel, to give, to receive, to enjoy, to be.
I want to have no regrets.
I want to experience inner growth.
I want to learn from my mistakes.
I want to be myself, everywhere.
I don’t want to be perfect. I couldn’t anyway. I am a human being.
But we all can grow, improve, learn, develop new perceptions, be resilient, become wiser…
The process differs from person to person.
But the will comes from within.
We have to want it. We have to believe in it.
Here and now. Our work is to live in the moment.
Because the sum of every moment makes the story of our lives.
