Transformation and Rebirth

Transformation brings the birth of the new.
A new awareness. A new situation. A new dream. And the newness is the new perception awaken within my inner being, which can sometimes feel like a death and rebirth of the self.
The rebirth doesn't push against the old, resisting it. It eases me into the newness while I find appreciation for what is, being open to what is more in alignment with who I am becoming.
The path is always there, it never leaves me.
Surrendering to the flow of my soul... that knows how to cook the magical recipe combining where I want to go and where I need to be.
At a physical level, my surrender is experienced in resting, meditating, napping, consciously breathing, taking a relaxing walk, painting, lying on the grass, observing nature...
Some days trusting the unfolding of life can feel challenging, but it might also be the path of least resistance.
