In the course of life we experience numerous circumstances and emotions.
Some we may label as pleasant, some as unpleasant. It spins a learning process that might be different for each of us. Life is perhaps a mystery that we don't need to explain. Could we even? It's a gift. Life it’s you, it’s me, it’s all of creation. Life is the present moment; it’s the sum of where we are, doing what we are doing, with or without someone else. Today is what I have in my hands, to live, to feel, to give, to receive, to enjoy, to be. I want to have no regrets. I want to experience expansive awareness. I want to be in tune with my inner-self. I don’t intend to be perfect. How is that even defined? I may grow, I may learn... develop new perceptions, be resilient… The will comes from within and we may need to adjust our beliefs. Our work is to live in the moment. Because the sum of every moment makes the story of our lives. - Renata
