The word wants to be written
for the song to be sung for the dance to be embodied for the lover to love for the beloved to be embraced for the cosmos to fully express for the dream to be dreamed... and undreamed... so it can be all that it is in its pure awareness. The word wants to be quiet for the song to vibrate in silence for the dance to find its stillness for the lover to repose for the beloved to hear the gentle whispers for the cosmos to observe its creations For the dream to dream its way into the interpretation of the dreamers. -Renata

Anchored in my divine being-ness
To the delight of my soul. I see the now and the beyond Without agenda for the unfold. In the great mystery I find comfort Surrendering to the divine's grace. Enamored with life itself, Every step contributes to the foundation that I need to walk this Earth. When I am aware I turn to the light within That sees, that feels, that appreciates the grace, the synchronicities, the gifts of life. In this place I recognize my true self, In its purity, free to be, free to love. -Renata When the curtains close
And the masks drop And the lights go out Who are you really? When the curtains open And the roles are played And the emotions are displayed Who are you really? When the dreams seem real And the imagination feels surreal And the fantasy blends with reality Who are you really? When the timeline shifts And the stories are rewritten And the characters are rearranged Who are you really? When the desires are transparent And the water washes away your sorrows And the fire renews your hopes Who are you really? When the walls dissipate And the tower crumbles down And the played personas remember love Who are you really? When your feet touch the earth And your body sways with the wind and your mind is free to dream Who are you really? When you embrace your true self And you create your own art And you light your own spark Who are you really? -Renata Transformation brings the birth of the new.
A new awareness. A new situation. A new dream. And that newness is the expansion of our inner being, which can sometimes feel like a death and rebirth of ourselves. This rebirth doesn't mean pushing against the old and resisting it. We can ease into the newness by finding appreciation for what is, while being open to what is more in alignment with who we are becoming. The path is unfolding. Surrendering to the flow of our soul... that knows how to cook the magical recipe combining where we want to go and where we need to be. At a physical level, surrender can be experienced in resting, meditating, napping, consciously breathing, taking a relaxing walk, painting, lying on the grass, observing nature... Some days trusting the unfolding of life can feel challenging, but it might also be the path of least resistance. -Renata May the past be put to rest I see its gifts, it was not a test In the present I do my best I plant (and water) the seeds of what I want to manifest I can raise my vibration again (and again) Even and especially when I feel the pain The contrasts were not in vain I feel what I feel, no one to blame My inner being knows my path Sometimes I cry, sometimes I laugh My emotions are my guiding system All I have to do is to "listen" I feel the wind, I feel the grass I dance and honor my body’s inner compass I sing with birds, I touch a tree I'll cast no shadows, we are here to be free I follow my own rhythm, Love and joy give me freedom I shape my reality with my beliefs Sometimes I attract a storm, sometimes a breeze It matters the Energy that we vibrate That's how we create This world is our playground We all can make our own sound I've got nothing to win or to lose I am here to create my own muse Happiness and worthiness are my birthright May we all shine our own inner light.
Life is a journey that unfolds piece by piece, as each day arrives.
As humans we experience moments of joy, of accomplishment, of connection, of sadness, fear, doubt... Our choices and experiences can help us grow as we develop new awareness. We could also choose to ignore the lessons, the signs, the opportunities and repeat the old patterns over and over. As much as our lives can be influenced or affected by others and external circumstances, we are responsible (response-able) for our actions. Challenges are presented to us. Isn't everything temporary? Through experience and reflection, we may discover and consciously tune into what feels authentic to us. With appreciation for all that is, may we get the most out of our unique journey. - Renata A couple of years ago, I chose to explore more deeply the realm of meditation and energy healing. Although I had experienced different kinds of meditation throughout my life, I’ve never made it a constant practice until I become a second degree Reiki Practitioner in April 2013.
Reiki (*) specifically, promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety and help us to connect with our inner-self. Through meditation (and energy healing) I felt I could increase self-awareness, self-love and feel more empowered to create a transformation that is going to allow me to have a more fulfilling life. We are constantly faced with challenges – in our professional and personal lives – and some of these challenges can be exciting, others can be so draining that they suck the life out of us, creating frustration and discontentment. The truth is, challenges will always exist, but we can learn how to better deal with them without compromising the balance that we seek in our daily lives. Many humans reach a point where they wonder if there is more to life than what they had experienced so far – whether that is an unhealthy life style, unhealthy relationships, working in a job that they despise or feel miserable, constant anxiety, fear of not being good enough, disconnection from their environment, etc. That feeling of wonder is the initial stage of becoming aware of what needs change (within and without). As for me, I started to think where and how I could best use my strengths and what else could I do for others besides serving my employer/society as an IT professional. I realized that in order to experience that transformation that I was seeking, I couldn't rely on intellectualism alone; I had to engage in some sort of spiritual practice hoping to find some of the answers I sought. Through meditation and energy healing I learned to connect with my inner-self, and I am more receptive to listen to the inner-voice that is constantly aiding me to make decisions and to change direction when I feel called to. Being aware is not always easy, but it is something we can choose to develop. Whether you choose to be an entrepreneur or to work for someone else, the important thing is not to stop trying even if you fail. That’s how we learn, that’s how we get better at something or realize that we have to take a completely different course of actions. I wish you well in all your endeavors and have fun in the process while getting in touch with your spirituality. Namaste. -Renata What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and wellbeing. In the course of life we experience numerous circumstances and emotions.
Some we may label as pleasant, some as unpleasant. It spins a learning process that might be different for each of us. Life is perhaps a mystery that we don't need to explain. Could we even? It's a gift. Life it’s you, it’s me, it’s all of creation. Life is the present moment; it’s the sum of where we are, doing what we are doing, with or without someone else. Today is what I have in my hands, to live, to feel, to give, to receive, to enjoy, to be. I want to have no regrets. I want to experience expansive awareness. I want to be in tune with my inner-self. I don’t intend to be perfect. How is that even defined? I may grow, I may learn... develop new perceptions, be resilient… The will comes from within and we may need to adjust our beliefs. Our work is to live in the moment. Because the sum of every moment makes the story of our lives. - Renata |
